Sunday July 19: Xmas in July

A booking has been made at the Tattersalls Hotel, Tocumwal (town centre) for an extended lunch and associated activities. If attending and you did not write down your name at our meeting on July 9 please contact me before July 11 so I can advise the hotel
of numbers.

The order of Kris Kringle will be adopted because it symbolizes generosity, gift giving and festive cheer. The gift giving part means that each person attending brings along a gift (up to $10). Negotiations with St. Nicholas are proceeding to see if he has any Santa
Claus agents in the area in need of a job.

Also expect a competition to get those around your table earning their claim to a prize.

Trip plan: depart clubrooms at 10.45, drive to Numurkah and along its main street then
onto Strathmerton via Katunga. Proceed along Murray Valley Highway to Koonoomo
turnoff and onto Tocumwal.
